Car Washing & Mobile Auto Detailing in Plumstead

Skip the queues at the local car wash and protect your vehicle's clear coat. Automated brushes and cheap sponges cause micro-scratches, swirl marks, and dull paint over time. KunaSplash provides professional, fully mobile auto detailing directly at your home or workplace. We utilize premium pH-neutral products and safe wash techniques to lift dirt gently, restoring your vehicle’s showroom shine without risking paint damage.

Our 4-Step Mobile Detailing Process

  1. 1

    Pre-Wash & Snow Foam

We blanket the vehicle in a thick pre-wash foam that encapsulates and lifts heavy road grime before we ever touch the paint.

  2. 2

    Safe Contact Wash

We hand-wash the exterior using grit guards to ensure abrasive dirt is trapped at the bottom of the bucket, keeping your clear coat safe.

  3. 3

    Interior Rejuvenation

We perform a meticulous interior detail, extracting dirt from floor mats, cleaning glass for zero glare, and applying UV protectants to plastics.

  4. 4

    Finishing & Protection

We dry the vehicle using forced air and ultra-soft microfibre towels, locking in the shine with a protective sealant.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you book.

Do you need access to water and electricity at my home or office?

Yes. To provide a premium service using our high-pressure equipment, snow foam cannons, and interior vacuums, we require access to a standard outdoor tap and a standard power outlet at your location.

Can you remove heavy pet hair and bad odours from the interior?

Absolutely. Pet hair embeds itself deeply into automotive carpets and seats. We use specialised rubber brushes and high-powered extraction to remove stubborn hair, followed by targeted treatments to neutralise biological odours rather than just masking them with air fresheners.

Why is this better than taking it to a standard drive-through car wash?

Standard car washes prioritize speed over safety, often using highly acidic chemicals that strip your paint's protection, and dirty sponges that cover your car in fine scratch marks. Our mobile detailing process prioritizes the long-term health and gloss of your paintwork using safe, professional-grade techniques.

Transparent Pricing for Car Washing

We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every property is unique, which is why we provide custom flat-rate quotes based on your specific needs rather than hourly guesses.

What affects the price?

  • Vehicle Size

A hatchback costs less than a double-cab bakkie or SUV.

  • Service Level

Basic exterior wash vs. full interior detailing and wax.

  • Condition

Excessive mud, beach sand, or pet hair inside the vehicle.
