FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you book.
Do I need to separate my colours before you collect them?
No. You can place all your dirty laundry into one bag. Our laundry professionals meticulously sort all garments into whites, darks, and colours before washing to ensure zero dye transfer and optimal fabric care.
What is your standard turnaround time?
For standard wash, dry, and fold loads, we offer a fast 24 to 48-hour turnaround from the moment we collect your laundry to the moment we drop it back at your door. We also offer expedited services for urgent loads.
Do you wash large feather duvets and heavy blankets?
Yes. Standard domestic washing machines are often too small to properly agitate and rinse large duvets, which can damage both the item and the machine. We use high-capacity commercial washers and dryers to safely clean and fully dry heavy bedding and blankets.
Transparent Pricing for Mobile Laundry Washing
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every property is unique, which is why we provide custom flat-rate quotes based on your specific needs rather than hourly guesses.

- Weight / Volume
Pricing is often based on the per-kilo weight of the laundry.
- Item Types
Standard clothing vs. bulky items like duvets and blankets.
- Services Needed
