Letting agents do not just look for a tidy house; they inspect the hidden areas you rarely think about. We tackle the stubborn, built-up grime that causes failed inspections. We specialise in:
Heavy Kitchen Degreasing
Scrubbing the inside of ovens, extractor fans, and stovetops to remove baked-on carbon and grease.
Bathroom Descaling
Eradicating hard-water stains, soap scum, and limescale from shower glass, tiles, and fixtures.
Empty Cabinetry & Wardrobes
Wiping down the neglected interiors of all kitchen cupboards and bedroom closets.
Architectural Detailing
Hand-wiping skirting boards, light switches, plug points, and door frames to remove layered dust and fingerprints.
Our 4-Step Deposit Recovery Process
- 1
Agency Checklist Alignment
We focus heavily on the high-failure areas that property managers check first, ensuring no detail is missed.
- 2
Top-to-Bottom Dusting
We work from the ceilings down, clearing cobwebs, light fixtures, and window frames before addressing the lower levels.
- 3
Intensive Scrubbing
We apply commercial-grade descalers and degreasers to bathrooms and kitchens, restoring surfaces to their original shine.
- 4
Final Floor Extraction
Once all dust and debris are cleared, we execute a comprehensive vacuum and deep mop of all hard floors as our final exit step.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you book.
Do you guarantee I will get my rental deposit back?
While we cannot control deductions for structural damages, broken fixtures, or chipped paint, we do guarantee that our cleaning meets the highest professional letting agency standards. A pristine clean removes the most common excuse landlords use to withhold funds.
Do you clean the carpets and the outside windows?
Our standard move-out clean includes washing the interior glass of your windows. If your rental agreement specifically requires professional carpet cleaning (which most do), we offer heavy-duty Carpet Deep Extraction as an add-on service. Just let us know when requesting your quote!
Does the property have to be completely empty?
Yes. To ensure we can clean inside all cupboards, behind where appliances used to sit, and reach all skirting boards, the home must be fully vacated before our cleaning team arrives.
Transparent Pricing for Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every property is unique, which is why we provide custom flat-rate quotes based on your specific needs rather than hourly guesses.
What affects the price?
